Fee Information
Access to unique facilities such as tennis
courts, swimming pools, and fitness
facility is available to all residents who pay an annual user
fee of $180 and non-residents who pay $500.
The fee for non-residents with children on the swim team only (no
access card will be issued) is $150. The fee is payable
at the MUD Building beginning in November and is for the following
calendar year (from January to December). Once the fee is paid,
two access cards will be issued (or old cards reactivated). Please
report a lost or stolen card immediately so that specific card can
be deactivated.
A registration form will be included in your November water bill. You may drop the completed form at our office or mail it to the address below. If this is your first time to join, you will need to come by the MUD Building (M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm) to pick up you access cards.
The user fee is prorated ONLY for new residents moving in during
the partial year and those residents who have never previously joined.
This prorated fee is non-refundable.
Cards of residents who do not renew the user fee will be deactivated.
The District can, at any time, revoke the privilege of use of the
facilities by any person or persons due to misconduct or violation
of any of the rules and regulations as set forth by the District.
In the event of any such action, any user fee paid will not be refunded.
