What is the Maintenance Fund?

The Maintenance Fund is an organization that is mandated to provide the following services:

  • Collection of Maintenance Fees

  • Architectural Control Committee

  • Security/Constable Patrol

  • Deed Restriction Enforcement

  • Esplanade Maintenance

  • Street Lighting

  • Mosquito Spraying
