Please note the $1.00 line on your water bill. This voluntary fee is collected by the Northampton MUD and forwarded to the Northampton Homeowners Association.

The Northampton HOA would like to thank you for your continuing donation.  The Northampton HOA brings many fun events and activities to the neighborhood each year.  The HOA is funded solely by your donation each month and is organized by a tireless group of volunteers.  This money enables the HOA to organize neighborhood events:

Section 31 of the Texas Property Tax Code allows homeowners to apply for a payment plan when there is a natural disaster. It is similar to the Over65/Disabled payment plan, four payments split equally and are due at the end of January, March, May & July. The Homeowner must submit application, proof of loss such as insurance or FEMA claim, repair estimates, etc. and the first installment. Please click here to for an application.
