Letter of Rental Request
Beginning January 1st, 2024, residents will be limited to 3 rentals per household, per year.
Rental buildings and pavilions are for Northampton, Hampton Creek, Stratton Woods, Inway Oaks and Dovershire Place residents only.
You must be a Northampton MUD resident to reserve any of our facilities. You must have paid the annual recreational fee in order to use the pool for an event.
All pool events must be scheduled two weeks in advance. If you have more than 10 guests swimming or non-swimmers on the pool deck you must pay for an extra lifeguard.
To get more information to hire an extra lifeguard, you will need to contact DS Recreational Services.

Please fill out the form below; this form is only a preliminary to rental. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been approved. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for a response. The form must be approved by MUD personnel.
The deposit is due no later than 7 days past the confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 7 days after confirmation, the reservation will be cancelled.
If a reservation is to be cancelled, the requestor must notify the District in writing a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the reservation date. If the requestor does not notify the district 72 hours in advance, an amount equal to the rental fee will be withheld from the deposit. A check will be issued within 30 days.
All checks must be made out to Northampton MUD.

Community Center: $250 rental fee, $500 deposit fee.
Activity Building: $75 rental fee, $100 deposit fee.
Pavillions: No charge.

The District can, at any time, revoke the privilege of use of the facilities by any person or persons due to misconduct or violation of any of the rules and regulations as set forth by the District. In the event of any such action, any user fee paid will not be refunded.
